Pull Together for Families

Support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dayton by participating in our pull tab collection program. The salvage value of the pull tabs is donated to RMHC Dayton to help support our programs, and each year the community donated nearly $16,000 worth of pull tabs each year. Pull tabs are the aluminum tops from cans of soda and other beverages.

Anyone can collect pull tabs! Set a collection container out in your home, classroom, or work place and watch as they add up. Collection Houses are also sold at the House. Collecting pull tabs is a great way to encourage others around you to recycle while supporting our guest families.

Collections of any size can be dropped off at the House. Our recycling partner, First Street Recycling, picks them up donates the proceeds to RMHC Dayton. If you live out of town, or want to recycle full sized cans, you may also take them to any recycling center and donate the proceeds to the House.
